The TAMRON 17 to 70 mm F/2,8 Di III-A VC RXD (model B070R) is a high-aperture zoom lens designed for everyday use, designed for mirrorless cameras with Canon RF mount and APS-C sensor. This lens is designed to provide a wide focal range and excellent image quality. With a focal length range of 17 to 70 mm (equivalent to a full frame: 25,5 to 105 mm), it is the world’s first standard zoom lens with an aperture of F2,8 and a magnification ratio of 4,1x designed for cameras with an APS-C sensor.
The 17 to 70 mm lens is equipped with Tamron patented VC (vibration compensation) technology. In addition, this lens allows you to focus from a very close distance. Its minimum focusing distance (MOD) is 0,19 m (7,5 inches) in wide-angle mode and 0,39 m (15,4 inches) in telephoto mode. When shooting at a very close distance from the subject, the lens allows you to get expressive photos with a strongly blurred background – a characteristic feature of high-aperture lenses.
