The Tamron 25 – 200mm F/2.8 – 5.6 Di III VXD G2 is the second generation of the popular superzoom lens, designed for Sony full-frame cameras with an E bayonet. This model offers exceptional flexibility thanks to its huge focal range – from a wide angle of 25 mm to 200 mm tele – replacing several lenses at once.

The lens is equipped with a VXD (Voice-coil eXtreme-torque Drive) autofocus motor, which provides very fast, smooth and precise focusing, even during filming. The optical design has been improved over its predecessor, offering higher resolution, better aberration control, and more natural color reproduction.

This model maintains great mobility – it weighs about 575 g, has a compact housing and uses filters with a diameter of 67 mm, making it easy to fit into an existing set of accessories. At the wide end, the minimum sharpening distance is only 0,16 m, which allows you to take photos with high magnification and impressive perspective.
