The construction of the filter is a cartridge made of finely pleated glass microfibers in minipleat technology separated by hot melt separators allowing the formation of plits with a rigid structure. The filter package is then tightly pasted into the cardboard housing. The fine harmonica allows for maximum use of the frame volume by obtaining the largest filter surface, ensuring maximum long filter operation. Filter paper made of glass microfibers with increasing density at the exhaust side of the air from the filter provides very low resistance throughout the filter period with impurities. Anti-smog cartridge filter pleated finely into filter packages in filtration class F9 with ePM1 80% efficiency in the dimension 190x480x40 mm allows to capture 80% of very fine particles from the air, i.e. tobacco smoke, oil smoke, bacteria on carrier molecules and other impurities less than 1 μm (micrometer).
