High-efficiency filter equipped with an additional double seal on the perimeter of the filter frame on both sides and 3 pieces of high-quality g3 Iso Coarse 50% pre-filter for pre-filtration extending the operation of the main filter, designed for anti-odor filtration. It also allows for filtration of allergens and smog with a cardboard frame for accurate filtration in mechanical ventilation, recuperation and air conditioning units. The construction of the filter is a cartridge made of synthetic polypropylene fibers soaked in a layer of activated carbon, finely pleated in minipleat technology. Pleats separated by hot melt separators allowing to form platters with a rigid structure. The filter package is tightly pasted into the cardboard housing. The fine harmonica allows for maximum use of the frame volume by obtaining the largest filter surface, ensuring maximum long filter operation. A 4 mm thick gasket (filter dimensions plus gasket) is used around the perimeter, allowing the filter to adhere perfectly to the mounting cassette.
