Important Information
In connection with the amendment to the Act, since 01.01.2018 it has been prohibited to install stationary air conditioners such as Split, Multisplit, VRF and other devices with fluorinated greenhouse gases.
Installation can only be done by a professional installation company or a person with a current F-gas certificate.
Conditions for the distance purchase of air conditioning or other equipment containing fluorinated greenhouse gases:
- Purchase by an individual customer who does not have the appropriate permissions and F-gas certificate. The customer is obliged to indicate a specific installation company (natural or legal person with F-GAZ certificate) in the statement sent by us after purchase or to present a contract concluded with a certified installation company / natural person with the appropriate F-gas certificate.
- Purchase by a certified Installer, who declares that he has the appropriate certificate in accordance with the Regulation, and provides the certificate number in the statement or sends a scan of the certificate.
- Purchase by the air conditioner seller, who will declare that the purchased product will be intended for further resale.
Please note that the purchased product will only be shipped once you have received a scan of the required documents. In the absence of a message ww. documents, the seller considers the transaction invalid, and has the right to cancel the order, and is also obliged to return all funds paid by the customer to the account from which the payment was received.
You will receive a statement from us after your purchase.
We also inform you that the offered goods are sent on a pallet (due to the weight and specificity of the product with refrigerant). Therefore, delivery is usually carried out by a large truck weighing more than 3 tons. In this case, the driveway to the property must be hardened (cube, asphalt, concrete), so that the courier can unload the goods with a forklift from the car.
