Ventilation unit with heat recovery is a complete device that provides mechanical air exchange in rooms of various types with simultaneous purification of supply air.

The control panel brings fresh air into the rooms, and removes polluted air from them. Used air, via a paper cross exchanger, heats fresh air supplied to rooms.

Due to the compact dimensions and quiet operation, VUE 100 P control panels are recommended for installation in suspended ceilings. The device has connection connectors for round channels d. 125 mm.

It provides effective ventilation of one or more rooms. The airflow efficiency is regulated by the three-position regulator P3-1-300.

Filter

The air entering the control panel is purified by fi ltry G4, located behind the inlet and before the outlet entrusts.

Filters protect against the penetration of dirt and dust into the interior of the room and protect all elements of the installation from dirt and related damage.

Fans

Fans inside the control panel (air and exhaust) are equipped with motors on low-power ball bearings with rotors with forward-bent blades.

It is used not only for recovery of thermal energy, but also humidity, the level of which significantly affects the microclimate in the room.

In the summer season, the recuperator cools the air and absorbs excess moisture, while in winter it warms and moisturizes. The used air passing through the recuperator releases moisture, where it is then condensed and absorbed so that it can combine with the recovered heat with fresh supply air, while unpleasant odors and bacteria are removed outside the room.
