Octagon SF 8008 Supreme UHD is a 4K UHD receiver from OCTAGON. The heart of the receiver is Huawei's Hisilicon Hi3798MV200 processor - it is a quad-core unit clocked at 4x1600 MHz. Has 8 GB of Flash memory and 1 GB of RAM. Has a DVB-S2X + DVB-T2/C satellite head. It has a built-in Gigabit LAN network card and a built-in WIFI and BLUETOOTH card for wireless connectivity. The ability to mount an internal M.2 NVMe SSD in four dimensions on the tuner motherboard.

Software support for popular OpenATV images.

For the SF8008 Supreme series Octagons, Bluetooth cooperation tested on the OpenATV 7.5.1 sofa with Bluetooth plug.

Programming method:

To program the tuner, you need the original IR remote control from the set, after selecting the Bluetooth plug, hold down the OK button on the BT remote control so that the diode flashes and while searching for the remote control, the DEFINE remote control will appear, select this device and press the yellow button, the message will appear that the remote control is paired and you can use the Bluetooth remote control (the original remote control still works via IR).

The evaporation process is similar by the yellow key.

Learning function Octagon OA BT RCU 06 remote control

1. Hold down the TV button (blue on button /off ) for 5 seconds.

The LED switches from flashing to continuous light, and the remote control switches to learning mode.

2. Press the programmable button on this remote control. The LED starts flashing slowly. The key is ready for programming.

3. Remote TV control should be directed to the front side of the remote control (distance less than 3 cm). Press the button on the TV remote control. If the STB remote control is properly programmed, the LED flashes three times.

4. Repeat steps 2-3 for other buttons.

5. Exit the learning mode by pressing any other button on this remote control. The LED goes out.
