AnySharp Classic is one of the simplest and most versatile sharpeners in the world, allowing you to sharpen knives with smooth and serrated blades. Sharpener packed in a blister.

There are two key elements behind the huge success of AnySharp sharpeners: ease of sharpening and convenience. Tungsten carbide plates with a 20° angle are used for sharpening, making it ideal for sharpening kitchen knives, everyday folding knives, hunting knives, axes and cleavers.

Cemented carbide with a hardness of 900–1600 HV easily handles sharpening knives made of stainless steel, carbon steel and titanium. Both smooth and serrated* knives (excluding fine-toothed steak knives) can be sharpened with one sharpener.

The sharpening process itself is extremely simple, requiring only a gentle dragging of the cutting edge between the plates from the base of the blade to the tip. The operation should be repeated until a satisfactory sharpness is achieved. AnySharp sharpener is easy to use thanks to its base with a strong vacuum suction cup, which allows the whetstone to be firmly attached to smooth glass, metal, ceramic and plastic surfaces.

This simple solution means that the sharpener does not move across the surface and we do not have to constantly monitor its position. Sharpening without holding the sharpener with your other hand practically eliminates the possibility of injury. A convenient, enlarged lever is used to lock and unlock the suction cup. The body of AnySharp Classic sharpener is made of durable polymer with a matte finish.
