The device was created for sharpening knives of various shapes and sizes, which is an improved successor to the Kazak M10 model. It provides stable attachment of the knife in the clamps and the ability to rotate without having to remove, which guarantees precision and stable sharpening angle. The set includes m.in. electronic protractor and 5 diamond sharpening stones of different gradations.

Designed for beginners and advanced users alike, the Kazak M10V2 provides control and makes it easy to achieve an even edge without specialized skills. Durable construction enriched with improved components improves ergonomics and stability of work. The improved trolley mounting system on the vertical mast increases steering stability and angle accuracy. Durable IGUS components ensure smoother operation of the mechanism and high service life.

The diameter of the vertical mast has increased to 10 mm, which improves rigidity. The integrated guide placement system next to the trolley increases ergonomics and facilitates the organization of the workplace. The use of an aluminum guide instead of steel reduces weight and improves smoothness of movement.

The base made of durable 8 mm thick steel with powder coating is stable thanks to rubber inserts. 7075 aircraft aluminum clamps offer high resistance and low weight. The design provides flexibility and good rigidity when clamped.

Adjusting the sharpening angle on the vertical column allows you to adjust to the type of blade. The double-row ball bearing ensures that the knife rotates smoothly without removing it from the clamps.

Featuring a removable frame, the device allows you to control the cutting edge, making it easy to evaluate sharpening. The sliding node is characterized by smoothness and durability up to 10 000 cycles. High-quality components affect work culture and durability.

The system is easy to transport and store. Includes 5 diamond stones of different gradations and an electronic protractor for precise angle adjustment.
