WHY CLEAN?

Milk is an emulsion created by: sugars (lactose), mineral salts, proteins, vitamins and lipids (fats). Heat changes the structure of milk, and the substances contained in it have direct contact with the heating or foaming elements of milk: steam nozzle, automatic frother, milk hose and jug. Inorganic molecules form deposits inside the milk frothing nozzle – they are called milk stones. They are formed by magnesium and calcium salts and organic particles: proteins and lipids, which is an ideal substrate for the growth of bacteria.

Therefore, it is recommended to clean the steam nozzle or automatic milk frother clean daily, which will ensure hygienic use.

Daily cleaning with PulyMilk ensures complete elimination of all internal and external deposits and prevents the development of bacterial flora.

Thanks to daily cleaning, we also improve the efficiency of milk frothing, its quality and micronization of air bubbles.

Cleaning of the milk system in an automatic machine:

1. Add 15ml of Pulymilk liquid to 300ml of cold water. 2. Insert the milk suction tube into the solution. 3. Pass the whole solution through the milk frothing system. 4. To rinse the milk system, perform a cleaning cycle 2-3 times, using 1 liter of cold, filtered water.

Cleaning of the milk system in the gastronomic machine:

1. Add 25ml of PULYMILK liquid to 500ml of cold water. 2. Insert the milk frothing nozzle into the solution. 3. Open and close the steam valve in the nozzle 7-10 times. 4. To rinse the milk system, perform a cleaning cycle 2-3 times, using 1 liter of cold, filtered water.
