What is the characteristics of a brewed mat and what is the process?

Wicker brewing is a process involving subjecting wicker to high temperature in combination with the action of water vapor. In the final stage of the brewing process, wicker is dried. Thanks to the brewing process, the life of the mat is improved and wicker obtains a uniform dark brown color.

Impregnation: consists of immersion painting of a mat brewed in high-quality impregnation - rosewood color.

Burning + impregnation: is the best possible way to protect and extend the life of the mats. Thanks to the double brewing + impregnation process, you get a beautifully presented mate that maintains its distinctive dark brown color throughout its life and maximally extends its usefulness to 8-10 years.

Our wicker mats are characterized by careful workmanship, dense weave and high-quality wicker. For production we use only Polish wicker obtained from the Podkarpacie region and Polish stainless galvanized wire. The rollers are made in such a way that everyone can quickly and efficiently connect them with each other. Each roll begins and ends with a 10cm wire outlet. After getting two rolls to each other and twisting the wires together, we get a uniform string of fence. We use galvanized stainless steel wire with a thickness of 0,7mm and 0,35mm. Mats can be cut to height and length. To connect the mat with the fence, we recommend good quality clamps in the color of the mat, they allow for quick and convenient installation with the existing fence.

We add brown bands or galvanized wire to the purchased mats. As standard, we send mats with a randomly selected element for fastening. If you care about any of them specifically, please enter such information in the description to the order.
