The plasma cutting process is used to cut electrically conductive materials. It involves local melting of the material and blowing it out, using a plasma stream with a high concentration of thermal and kinetic energy.

⏩COLOR, EASY TO READ LCD DISPLAY

Colorful and easy to read LCD display gives the user full control over the set parameters. Most ordinary plasma cutters allow you to set only the cutting current value. Magnum Air Plasma 85 has additional functions that facilitate and streamline the cutting process:

✅2T/4T - two modes of operation with plasma handle. 4T mode allows you to release the button during cutting and continue the process. The mode is particularly useful when cutting long details.

✅PRE-GAS, POST-GAS - that is, the outflow of gas before and after cutting. These are functions that prevent excessive overheating of the burner head. Thanks to the possibility of adjustment - the gas outflow time can be adjusted to the set cutting currents.

✅GAS TEST - is a function that allows us to precisely adjust the air pressure.

⏩REVELATIONAL PLASMA WITH CONTACTLESS ARC IGNITION HF

Magnum Air Plasma 85 is a powerful and efficient plasma source powered from a three-phase 400V network. It is a new generation plasma with color LCD display and additional functions.

The cutter is equipped with a plasma handle LT-101, which has excellent working parameters, and the operating costs of parts are low.

The maximum thickness of the cut-off is up to 28 mm. It is a good choice for all kinds of work in metal, where elements from materials of both greater thickness as well as thinner ones are fired.

⏩CONTACTLESS ARC IGNITION IN PLASMA CUTTER

Manual plasma cutting with contactless arc initiation gives many benefits to the operator. This saves time, but above all a significant increase in convenience during plasma cutting. The initiated pilot arc allows you to comfortably burn the cut edges, without persistently rubbing the nozzle over the material.

Users who have used plasma with contactless arc ignition no longer want to return to contact ignition.
