Maintenance:

To avoid rusting. All iron pans are subjected to the nitriding process.

Be sure to clean and dry the pan immediately after use both indoors and outdoors.

If it rusts, heat the pan, turn off the fire and add a little vinegar, use a damp cloth to directly wipe the rusty area to remove it.

Maintenance instructions before first use of the wok:

Wash with neutral liquid detergent and then rinse.

Heat over low heat and dry. (Without water).

Before heating, grease the inner wall of the wok with fatty fat or cooking oil.

Turn off the heating for about 3 minutes, wait for the wok to cool down, wash and repeat the process again. (Repeat this process 3-4 times. And the more times you repeat it, the better the non-stick effect will be).

Thoroughly grease the inner wall of the wok with cooking oil and let stand for 24 hours.

When the cooking oil soaks into the walls of the wok, it should be washed off. Then the product is ready for use.
