Thanks to the use of a strong frame construction made of welded steel pipes with a diameter of 32 and 26mm and pressed from one piece of steel - a hot-dip galvanized steel bowl, the wheelbarrow has high strength, which makes it a tool for everyone to work with.

IMPENETRABLE POLYURETHANE FOAM WHEEL ON STEEL RIM

The HIGHER wheelbarrow is equipped with a special foam wheel made of polyurethane. The foam wheel, unlike the pneumatic wheel, has a slightly lower maximum load capacity of 150kg. The biggest advantage of the foam wheel is its resistance to damage and durability. The foam wheel is unbreakable so you do not have to worry about replacing the inner tubes in your tire or unforeseen shooting of the inner tube when transporting goods. Polyurethane foam wheels are also very durable and weather resistant. Foam wheels perfectly absorb weight and are great for work. They are quiet and do not dirty the surfaces they drive on. Is it worth investing in these wheels? In our opinion, it is definitely worth it - take into account much greater durability compared to traditional rubber tires, which wear out, crack, shoot or puncture much faster. Yes, it is a more expensive solution, but it always pays off 100%, significantly increasing the comfort of work. Our foam wheels are mounted on a steel rim, which significantly increases their durability and strength. It is worth remembering - never leave a wheelbarrow equipped with foam wheels with loaded weight for longer. A heavy load left for a very long time can lead to partial deformation of the wheel - it is important to remember this.

ADDITIONAL WHEEL PROTECTION - NO MORE DAMAGE

A very common case when working with a wheelbarrow is damage to the wheel. Most of them are mechanical damage caused by hovering or hitting an obstacle. Such damage occurs due to the lack of proper wheel protection. Our wheelbarrow design has been carefully thought out to rule out this problem. As one of the few we use wheel protection, which optimally protects against the possibility of physical damage to the tire and rim. Thanks to such a cover, the wheel is secured in an appropriate way. An important function of such a frame shape is the ease of pouring (kiping) because you can base the wheelbarrow on a structural element - definitely a better and more comfortable solution compared to wheelbarrows without wheel protection. In our wheelbarrows we use high quality pumped wheels on a steel rim. Wheel mounting made of thick and durable sheet metal with a thickness of 3mm guarantees high durability and strength.

INDESTRUCTIBLE HOT-DIP PRESSED AND HOT-DIP GALVANIZED BOWL

Another advantage of the HIGHER wheelbarrow is the virtually indestructible bowl! It is made of one piece of steel pressed on a special die, thanks to which rigidity and strength are preserved in the maximum way. The bowl has specially wrapped edges, which increases the rigidity of the bowl and protects against the possibility of injury. The bowl is protected against corrosion by hot dip galvanization, which guarantees no rust for many years. Special mounting holes are stamped in the bowl to screw into the wheelbarrow frame. Everything is properly folded, which excludes the possibility of making mistakes in assembly. The large capacity of the bowl helps to increase the efficiency of any job.

SPECIAL STRONG AND DURABLE FRAME WITH BOWL SUPPORT

HIGHER wheelbarrows have a special frame shape, which additionally supports the bowl, which significantly increases rigidity and durability. The frame supports the bowl in the front of the wheelbarrow (above the wheel) providing very large support for the bowl. Thanks to this solution, there is no problem of deformation of the steel bowl. Adequate support in the form of a steel frame allows you to distribute the weight and support the bowl. Of course, such a solution is much more expensive, but it prevents the possibility of deformation and complete damage to the bowl. The frame gives adequate support at the bottom of the bowl - thanks to the use of connecting two frames there, this place - the most vulnerable to damage - is perfectly reinforced and adapted to heavy loads. The frame we use consists of two assembly parts. They are well thought out, very durable and sturdy. The use of steel pipes with a diameter of 32 and 26mm makes the wheelbarrow really strong and durable. The frame is powder coated in blue.
