Plyometrics is one of the best training methods in the context of shaping the motor characteristics of an athlete.

Plyometric exercises are designed to improve various characteristics of the exerciser:

• the strength of the jump,
• throwing force,
• speed,
• fitness,
• power...

• Walls of the box are made of high quality plywood with a thickness of 15 mm.
• The whole painted with clear lacquer which prevents the box from getting dirty.
• Surface left slightly rough for better grip during jumps.
• Inside inserted wall for stiffening of the structure.

- Example exercise -

1. Position yourself in a half-squat position. Don't get too close or too far away from the box.
2. Straighten up by tightening your belly and buttocks, and get ready to jump.
3. Then bend your knees and dynamically jump up, pulling your knees up high.
4. Land on the crate in a squat position – be careful that your entire feet stand on the riser and straighten up for a moment before jumping back down.

Box jumps are one of the most popular exercises in Crossfit classes, because during jumps on the chest, the muscles are loaded and then quickly tightened using strength and flexibility, thanks to which you can jump higher, run faster, throw further or hit harder.

You can join the training jumps through the chest, because they increase its intensity.
