☢ Disinfection

In water with a temperature above 20 degrees Celsius, there is an increased growth of bacteria and germs. The higher the temperature, the faster the development. To inhibit this process, oxidizing agents in the form of organic and inorganic chlorine compounds (in the form of granules or tablets) or preparations based on active oxygen are used. These substances “burn” microorganisms and thus disinfect the water in the basin. The ideal concentration of free chlorine is 0,6 – 1,0 mg/l (the active oxygen content should be greater than 5 mg/l).

✅ Disinfection methods - Chlorine or Oxygen

Plastic dispenser, with a diameter of approx. 22cm. It is used to dissolve chlorine tablets, multifunctional, with active oxygen (depending on the cleaning method chosen).

It has an adjustable amount of outflow, which allows full control of the dosage of the preparation.

Capacity: 1 tablet (200g).

NOTE! Do not use chlorine and oxygen tablets at the same time.

After changing the method of disinfection from chlorine to oxygen or vice versa, clean the buoy, or apply a new, separate dosing buoy.

⚠ Usage:

Put the tablets (200g) in the dispenser container, set the dosing intensity and gently lower on the water mirror.

⚠ Notes: For factors such as higher water temperature, a large number of bathers, the period after the storm, more intensive chlorination with Chemochlor T-Granulat 65 should be used. In turn, during a long absence from home, it is recommended to put large 200g tablets into the dispenser (skimmer) of Chemochlor T, and after returning, remove them.
