The DED7818 cutting machine with a diamond disc is a product designed for precise and repeatable cutting of all types of wall and floor tiles , as well as stone, brick, clinker brick and other ceramic materials with dimensions within the usable range.

The electric water cooling cutter is an essential piece of equipment for any tiler.

This is a cutter powered by a powerful 1200 W motor, a used disc has a size of 230 mm. This model has been adapted to cut tiles with a maximum length of 920 mm. The device reaches a maximum rotational speed of 2990 rpm. ensuring efficient and precise cutting.

The DED7818 uses a wet treatment system using water as a cooling and dusting agent fed directly onto the diamond disc. Thanks to this, the spread of excavation was significantly reduced during work.

The tile cutter is also equipped with a laser, which can be used to accurately position the tiles on the countertop.

Two-part example enables cutting into karo. For smaller tile formats , an additional smaller angle stop has been added.

The recess function allows you to perfectly adjust the cutting parameters to the current needs of the user.

The four-bearing guide in the cutter is used to ensure smooth and stable movement of the cutting disc.

With four bearings, the guide allows for precise tool guidance along the cutting line, minimizing vibration and resistance.

The machine equipped with a sliding head enables basic operations of cutting ceramic elements:

• longitudinal cutting of strips
• transverse cutting
• cutting along the diagonal
• Beveling the edges in the range of 45°

  In all types of cutting described below, ceramic tiles are placed on the table facing upwards.

The cutter has the ability to lower and lift the disc. The maximum cutting height of at an angle of 90° is 45 mm.

The maximum tilt range of the disc is 45°. This allows a maximum cutting height of 42 mm.

The set with the cutter includes a high-quality diamond disc DEDRA H1125E with a disc diameter of 230 mm.

It is used for cutting glaze, stoneware and terracotta. A continuous wreath will provide the user with an ideal surface of the material being cut.

Tabletops made of steel and additionally covered with rubber together with an additional table top ensure high stability and adhesion of the tile to the table top. This ensures that the material holds securely, making it easy to make accurate cuts.

The basic worktop with dimensions of 950x390 mm can be enlarged by spreading an additional auxiliary worktop, which is particularly useful when we want to cut large format tiles.

On the side of the device there is a "spill" protecting against splashing water.

The design of the DEDRA DED7818 has a solid base. Folding legs, wheels and an additional kickstand ensure easy storage and movement. The weight of the machine 51 kg guarantees stability during operation. All elements are very precisely made.

The cutter is pre-adjusted, but before the first start it is necessary to check whether the device does not require additional adjustment.
