Characteristics:

Professional, modular system for manual cutting of large format plates, stoneware and ceramics by Geko with a maximum cutting length of up to 360 cm. It has been designed for precise machining of modern, large-format wall and floor coverings used in bathrooms, kitchens or facades.

The construction is based on light but rigid aluminum modular guides (total length 3,8 m, consisting of sections 2 × 1,5 m and 1 × 0,8 m). The guide is stably attached directly to the surface of the plate using a system of 11 strong suction cups, which excludes the risk of shifting it during operation and guarantees a perfectly straight incision line.

The cutting unit moves across the strip with 4 bearing rollers, providing an extremely smooth and lightweight feed. It is equipped with a revolutionary rotary mechanism that holds up to 3 cutting wheels measuring 22 × 6 × 2 mm, which allows you to immediately change the blade without the use of tools. The set also includes a dedicated screw breaker, which allows you to break the tile in a controlled and precise way after making a scratch (for materials with a thickness of less than 12 mm). The whole set is packed in a durable carrying bag.
