Description of Raimondi Raizor MkII Plus tile cutter

• Large format tile cutting system up to 336 cm (451 cm with optional extension), lightweight (5,4 kg) and easy to transport.
• The trolley moves on the guide thanks to 3 rollers.
• The cutting trolley is designed to transfer all the pressure exerted by the operator to the plate, without any restrictions and without losses caused by mechanical interference.
• The 20 mm titanium coated cutting wheel is equipped with an integrated bearing and is mounted on a calibrated high-strength steel screw; this guarantees maximum smoothness, exceptional precision and cutting efficiency, and easy and quick replacement.
• The rails are made of extruded aluminum. Each rail is equipped with 3 two-lip rubber suction cups Ø 95 mm, which gives a total of 6 suction cups.
• They do not stain and are even suitable for structural tiles.

Additional information

• The suction cups, in addition to being very useful when measuring the cut to be made, prevent the Raizar MkII Plus from moving during cutting, which ensures maximum precision and efficiency. What’s more, suction cups (located in the middle of the aluminum rod/chain) prevent the rail from tipping over and/or moving during undercutting, which ensures maximum precision and efficiency in any situation. This makes the Raizor MkII Plus effective even with the most complex cuts and tiles of considerable thickness.
• Distance between incision line and aluminum rail: 20 mm. It allows you to easily and quickly calculate the dimensions of the cut element (in the metric system).
• Each suction cup comes with a release latch that can be used if you stick to the tile.
• Suction cup holders make a 180° movement so as not to interfere with the trolley
• All rails equipped with side caps to protect against accidental damage.

RAIZOR MkII Plus consists of

• Two combined sections of rails with a cutting length of 160 cm each
• Hand cutting trolley equipped with titanium wheel Ø 20 mm (3/4'), wheel with integrated bearing and calibrated screw.
• Tile/plate breaker with a thickness of 3 to 15mm (1/8”-19/32”).
• Padded bag with shoulder straps and pocket.
