Precision Cutting of Tiles

The DEDRA SAS+ALL cutter enables cutting using a diamond blade with a diameter of 110mm with a mounting hole of 22,2 mm. The motor of the table cutter reaches a maximum speed of 3800 rpm. /min., is able to effectively cut tiles up to 24 mm thick at an angle of 90° and up to 16 mm at an angle of 45°.

Cutting Angle Adjustment – Precision up to 45°

In order to position the cutter at an angle, lift the adjustable part of the worktop and use the supports to position the worktop at an angle of 22,5° or 45°.

Cutting to Wet – cooling and less dust

The cutter is adapted to wet work with water, has a built-in trough and water tank, thanks to which it provides cooling of the diamond disc and reduces the spread of dust during cutting.

Precision and Accuracy

The longitudinal guide (parallel) is used to guide the tiles during cutting ensuring simple, even and precise cutting. It allows you to maintain a constant cutting width and prevents accidental displacement of the tile. The longitudinal guide will also protect against accidental approach of the user's hands to the cutting disc during cutting.

Angle gauge with protractor that allows accurate measurement of the cutting angle of the tile, so you can precisely set the cutting angle when cutting tiles eg. when creating zigzag joints. Angle gauge can also be used to measure the perpendicularity of the edge of the tile. It facilitates the execution of accurate and aesthetic works.

The cutter has a solid, stable base, to ensure smooth and precise cutting of tiles, shield cover and non-slip rubberized feet, to increase safety during operation.
