Sigma 12E2 – Large format tile cutter – 245 cm

Large tile cutter with lightweight, durable construction and slip guide. Equipped with a new, cushioned handle for cutting tiles, with a roll always visible to the operator and a sliding mechanism on ball bearings and guides made of stainless steel. The cutter enables precise parallel cutting and cutting at an angle from +45° to -45°. It is prepared for mounting a set of cutting line indicator.

The cutter has circles for easy transport, and the front meter can be freely set. The set includes a front meter measuring 64-0-64 cm (Article 90NE) and a angle (Article 19N).

Handle Features:

• Ergonomic handle optimized for cutting tiles with push.
• The handle moves on a stainless steel guide, relying on three bearings with six ball crowns for precise and durable cutting.
• Wide aluminium breaking foot (120 mm), ideal for cutting large tiles with ease.
• Replaceable, protective overlay against scratches.
• The cutting roller is always visible from the operator's side, equipped with a mechanism to compensate for lateral clearances. It moves on the roller bearing and is guided laterally by a metal, anti-friction cover placed in the CNC socket, which reduces friction and lateral wear.
• Double suspension, necessary to work with tiles with a rough or structural surface.
