Sony FE 85 mm f / 1.8 ,being the perfect first camera for portraits, it's elegant,short telephoto lens designed for full-frame mirrorless cameras with E-mount. Bright maximum aperture f/1.8 has a positive effect on the use of this lens in low light conditions,and also provides great control over depth of field when working with selective focus techniques. The lens design with nine elements and eight groups includes one element with very low dispersion to minimize chromatic aberrations and color borders for greater color clarity and accuracy.

The advantage of the optical design is a simple, intuitive physical layout that includes a customizable focus lock button and a physical AF/MF switch. The dual linear AF motor itself provides fast, quiet and smooth focusing, and this motor also provides smooth manual focusing for precise control. Finally, the lens is designed to be resistant to dust and moisture for added protection.
