SUPER DRY

Product Description

The FDSD90 dehumidifier is a powerful industrial device designed for intensive drying of large, demanding spaces – such as industrial halls, warehouses, workshops or rooms after flooding. High efficiency – 90 l/24 h (at 30°C and 80% RH) with an air flow of 690 m³/h, enables effective drying of rooms in a short time, even in adverse conditions.

The device combines solid construction with high mobility. The durable, powder-coated metal housing ensures resistance to heavy use, while the large wheels and ergonomic handles make it easy to transport even in harsh environments. The built-in hygrostat automatically maintains the set humidity level, while the defrosting system and integrated protection guarantee uninterrupted and stable operation even at low temperatures.

Hot Gas System

The FDSD90 is equipped with the Hot Gas automatic defrosting system, which allows uninterrupted operation even at low temperatures. Unlike standard dehumidifiers, which require temporary shutdown in order to defrost the evaporator, here hot gas from the refrigeration system is directed directly to the evaporator.

This technology allows for quick removal of frost without downtime, which significantly increases the efficiency of the dehumidifier in cool, unheated spaces – e.g. in garages, warehouses or buildings after flooding. This system ensures continuity of operation, reduces dehumidification time and increases the reliability of the device in difficult conditions.

Mobility and efficiency

The FDSD90 is designed for professional use, where both power and mobility matter. The durable, powder-coated metal housing provides resistance to mechanical damage and intensive use. Large wheels and sturdy transport handles allow easy movement of the device even on uneven ground.

The dehumidifier offers a capacity of up to 90 litres per day (at 30°C and 80% RH) and an air flow of 690 m³/h, which allows for quick and effective removal of moisture from large spaces. The operating range from 4°C to 38°C makes the FDSD90 suitable for all year round – even in difficult warehouse, construction and industrial conditions.

Built-in condensate drainage pump

The FDSD90 is equipped with a built-in condensate pump that allows condensate to be automatically drained up to 4 meters high. This solution works especially where the gravitational drain is inaccessible – e.g. in basements, garages or technical spaces.

Thanks to the pump, the device can work continuously without having to manually empty the tank. In the event of a failure of pumping or overflowing of the emergency tank, the dehumidifier automatically interrupts operation and informs the user with LED signaling, preventing flooding and protecting internal components.

Modes of operation

The FDSD90 offers a variety of operating modes that can be adapted to the specifics of the room and humidity level. Continuous mode works well with intensive dehumidification – e.g. after flooding or during renovation works – when the device works continuously, regardless of the current humidity. The automatic mode, in turn, uses the built-in hygrostat to maintain the set humidity level, ensuring optimal conditions without the need for constant control.

Modern functions

The FDSD90 is equipped with an intuitive control panel with a clear LED display that allows you to quickly set the desired humidity and monitor the operating status of the device. Operation of the dehumidifier is simple and does not require specialized knowledge – just connect the device, set parameters and start dehumidification.

The Auto Restart function allows you to automatically resume operation after a power outage, which is especially important for long-term, maintenance-free installations. The integrated hygrostat precisely maintains humidity levels, increasing efficiency and reducing energy consumption. Thanks to these solutions, the FDSD90 is a plug & play device, ready for operation immediately after installation.

Security

The FDSD90 is designed for heavy-duty use in demanding environments. The powder-coated steel housing provides high resistance to mechanical damage, moisture and dust, making the device perfect for industrial environments.

The integrated safety system automatically shuts off the dehumidifier in case of overflow of the emergency tank or failure, minimizing the risk of flooding the environment and protecting internal components. In addition, LED lights inform the user about the need for intervention, which promotes safe and maintenance-free operation.

FDSD90 uses ecological refrigerant R290, which does not destroy the ozone layer and has a low GWP. The device meets current environmental standards and is CE certified, which confirms its safety in both commercial and private spaces.
