Fast sharpening in 3 steps

Operation of the device has been designed so that the whole process runs smoothly.

First you need to adjust the setting to the diameter of the drill, then fix it in the appropriate collet and perform sharpening.

Rotating the handle by 180° allows you to process the other side of the blade.

This solution facilitates the achievement of symmetric and repeatable geometry of both cutting edges.

CBN shield – effective sharpening

The sharpener uses a replaceable CBN shield (regular boron nitride). This material is used for precision grinding of hard tool materials, including HSS high-speed steels.

Access to the disc is easy, so its control and replacement do not require complicated disassembly of the device.

90° to 145° angle adjustment

A wide range of adjustments allows you to adjust the sharpening angle to the type of drill and the work performed. The mechanism has a clear scale that makes it easy to set the selected value and maintain repeatability when sharpening subsequent tools.
