Prekė: Prieigos kontrolės ir darbo laiko fiksavimo valdiklis RCP su Wiegand ir LAN. Kategorija: Centriniai įrenginiai.
- Gamintojas: Spreest
- Modelis: Kontroler dostępu 4-drzwiowy TCP IP Wiegand
The ACB-004 TCP/IP Wiegand brand Spreest access controller is a complete base for creating an access control system for four independent passages – e.g. doors in an office, warehouse, production plant, company or commercial premises.
The controller supports up to 20 000 user cards and 100 000 events, making it suitable for both smaller companies and facilities requiring access control to several zones.
You can connect 4 Wiegand readers to the device – one from the entrance side for each door. From the inside, each transition can be operated using the exit button.
The controller works with our software for central system management, which enables m.in. create schedules, preview events, manage access to individual doors, generate time reports work and configure notifications.
This solution is particularly useful for companies that want to manage access to up to four independent doors or zones from a single controller.
Key features
1. Support 4 RFID readers – The device allows you to connect four input readers, as well as four output buttons.
2. Wiegand 26 – Works with compatible access readers.
3. Remote access management – Convenient operation and configuration of the controller via Ethernet.
4. Electrolock control – NO/NC/COM relays for handling locks, electric strikes or jumpers.
5. Door status sensors – Allows you to control whether the door is open or closed.
6. Status LEDs – Clear indication of operation, power supply, network and door status.
7. Optional alarm integration – Expandable m.in. o cooperation with the fire protection system.
Comprehensive access control
The ACB-004 controller allows you to create a functional access control system for four doors. You can connect to it m.in.:
- Input readers
- Electric strikes or electrolocks
- Electromagnetic jumpers
- Exit buttons
- Door status sensors (contacts)
- Optional alarm and fire protection module
Thanks to this, one controller connects the most important elements of the system and allows you to conveniently manage access to the selected passage via the TCP/IP network.
Example of an access control system connection scheme
- Red – 12V+ – Connect to the plus 12V DC power supply.
- Black – GND – Connect to the minus of the power supply; this is a common mass for the controller, reader and electric strike.
- Green – D0 – Wiegand D0 data line between RFID reader and controller.
- White – D1 – Wiegand D1 data line between RFID reader and controller.
- Blue – LED – Reader LED control cable, connected to the controller LED output if required.
- COM controller relay – Connect to +12V power supply.
- NO controller relay – Connect to the plus of the electric strike.
- Minus electric strike – Connect the power supply to the GND.
The ACB-002 TCP two-door access controller supports four doors. For each of the readers, electric strikes, etc., the connection scheme will look analogous.
Examples of network connection schemes
1. Controller – Server – In this configuration, we have access to the controller only from the server. On the server, we encrypt network traffic so that all network traffic dot. The data on the controller is secure. In this configuration, other network devices, e.g. The computer at the reception connects to the server through a dedicated application.
2. Controller – Managed switch with VLAN function – Server – Configuration in which we also have other network devices connected within one switch. Thanks to the VLAN configuration, despite connecting other devices, they do not see network traffic from the controller, only the server can see it. As in the previous configuration, we connect to the controller through a panel running on the server.
The above ways of connecting the controller ensure the security of the controller's network traffic.
Functionalities of our software
1. All controllers in one window – Find controllers on your network, connect with one click and manage multiple doors and locations from one place.
2. Employees, not card numbers – Group people into sections and upload hundreds of cards at once by pasting a list from Excel. Block lost cards with one click and set expiration dates for guests, apprentices and subcontractors.
3. Entry hours for each department – Production enters from 6:00, office from 8:00, service at any time. Add one-button holidays and exceptions for specific days, and the panel will take care of the rest itself.
4. Working time records without additional system – Stays, overtime, delays and days without reflections count for themselves. The monthly record card for each employee is ready for printing or PDF, there is also export to Excel (CSV).
5. Full history of transitions – Each input and output is saved for years, with filters by employee, department and date. You always know who, when and which door.
6. You know what’s happening now – Live events, a list of people present in the building and an evacuation list to print in a second.
7. Alarms where you are – Notifications by email, Telegram, Slack or Teams, e.g. about the door open for too long, an unknown card, an out-of-hours entrance or a controller without communication.
8. Safely and under control – Separate accounts with roles: preview, operator, administrator. The action log shows who changed what, and the panel is accessible via encrypted HTTPS (after configuring on your own).
9. Without maintenance – Daily backups, automatic clock synchronization and self-connection after restart.
10. Works on Windows, macOS, and Linux – You can have it permanently enabled on your server or run it once a month only after a runtime report.
The program is Open Source – you can customize it to your needs.
Configuration of remote access takes place on its own and may require configuration of the device, and in selected cases also networks.
