The Granitex pot has one of the best ceramic coatings currently available on the market, the ILAG Granitec coating. It has four layers: a base ceramic-reinforced coating, a coating that guarantees increased scratch resistance, a layer with a granite effect and a top layer that ensures ease of cleaning. In addition to excellent abrasion resistance, the coating has special properties, thanks to which food does not stick to the surface and does not burn.

Three-layer bottom with stainless steel disc in Full Induction technology perfectly and evenly conducts heat, which makes food preparation simple and quick, and energy is used even more efficiently.

The pot is equipped with a perfectly matched tempered glass lid with a silicone rim. The high-quality tempered glass is durable and resistant to high temperatures, and the silicone rim guarantees a perfect fit to the shape of the dish. In addition, the lid is equipped with air vents, draining excess water vapor to the outside.

The pot is suitable for use on all types of cookers: electric, gas, ceramic and induction.

Thanks to the large handles, the dish is convenient to carry.

Important safety tips

• Always keep an eye on the pan and make sure it is not used in the presence of children.
• Don't let the dish stay on the hot stove for longer than necessary.
• To avoid injury, be careful holding the hot pan by the handle.
• Make sure the handles are never positioned over hot cooktops.
• Granitec® coating does not contain PTFE, PFOA and fluoride.

Usage Notes

• Before using the pan for the first time, remove all packaging and labels, then wash the dish with hot water dishwashing liquid.
• Boil water 2-3 times in a pan to remove production residues and impurities.
• Before the first use, rub a small amount of oil into the pan. This procedure should be repeated from time to time.
• Try to save energy by making sure the pan is the same size or larger, but never smaller than the cooking surface. When using a gas stove, adjust the flame so that it does not touch the edges of the pan.
• Do not use oil or fat to heat food in the pan.
• Although the non-stick ceramic coating shows resistance to high temperatures, even up to 400 ° C, overheating of the pan is not recommended.
• Ceramic coatings heat up in a very short time and therefore can never be left on the stove unattended.
• Never overheat the pan. Avoid using the dish at temperatures above 250 ° C. This can be prevented by using the oil as a heat indicator - the oil begins to smoke at temperatures above 250 ° C.
• High temperatures and a large amount of oil are not recommended during frying.
• Do not allow the oil to burn in the pan.
• Never cut food in a dish with sharp and hard objects.
• Use only nylon or wooden kitchen accessories.
• Always use a clean pan. Before hiding it, make sure that all food residue is removed.

Cleaning and care

• Always cool the pan before cleaning. Large temperature fluctuations can cause permanent deformation of the vessel.
• Use hot water, a soft sponge side or a soft nylon brush to clean. Do not use steel wool or rough cloths!
• To remove food residue and grease, do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaners (e.g. milk for cleaning).
• In the event that dark deposits are formed on the coating caused by high temperatures on the vessel, do not remove them with rough cloths or objects with sharp edges. Pour hot water over the pan, soaking it for some time, then carefully and gently remove the resulting deposits with a soft nylon brush or soft cloth.
• With prolonged use of the pan, food residues that have not been previously removed can lead to discoloration of varying severity - this can negatively affect the surface of the coating. Therefore, the surface of the pan should be cleaned carefully and thoroughly.
• Slight discoloration and stains are normal. They are more visible on light coatings than on dark or black surfaces.
• Aggressive detergents used when cleaning in dishwashers can lead to a decrease in the properties of the dish. It is recommended to hand wash the pan with ceramic coating.
