Ingredients (2 servings):

• 3 carrots
• 1 potato
• ½ onions
• 1 teaspoon butter or olive oil
• 500 ml vegetable broth
• salt, pepper, pinch of ginger

Preparation:

1. Peel the vegetables and cut into cubes.
2. In a pot, fry the onions in butter/oil.
3. Add carrots and potatoes, pour broth.
4. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes until vegetables are tender.
5. Blend into a smooth cream, season with salt, pepper and ginger.

Ingredients (1 to 2 servings):

• ½ cups millet groats
• 1 cup milk (cow or vegetable)
• ½ glasses of water
• 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
• favorite fruits (e.g. raspberries, blueberries, banana)

Preparation:
