The modern SPARTUS EasyMIG 217DP system redefines the standards of MIG/MAG welding, combining precision control with excellent weld aesthetics. The synergic control and double pulsation Dual Pulse technology provides full control over the process, regardless of the material or thickness of the element.

The device offers four advanced operating modes:

• synergistic with double pulsation,
• synergistic with a single pulse,
• synergistic standard,
• manual.

Synergistic programs automatically select optimal welding parameters, and the user can make manual correction of the voltage or wire feed speed at any time.

The Dual Pulse technology guarantees an extremely smooth and even weld face with a characteristic “shell” effect, minimal thermal deformation, as well as greater welding efficiency and speed compared to the TIG method. When welding aluminum, this method also requires much less skill than the operator.

EasyMIG 217DP works with 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.2 mm wires, is powered from the 230 V network, and the maximum welding current is 200 A.

Thanks to the inductance adjustment, the user has the ability to precisely shape the face width and depth of melting, while reducing the number of chippings.

Additional features – 2T/4T, wire feeding test and polarity change for welding with self-shielded wire – make the EasyMIG 217DP an extremely versatile device and ready for any challenge.

With ergonomically placed knobs and function buttons, the operator can easily select the welding method – MIG/MAG, TIG Lift or MMA – and smoothly adjust the current, voltage and speed of wire feeding. All settings, such as wire diameter, gas type, 2T/4T operating mode or additional functions, are available directly from the panel, which allows you to quickly adjust the device to the current conditions and type of material.

A clear, graphical interface in real time presents the relationship between voltage and the shape of the weld and the recommended thickness of the material, thanks to which the selection of parameters becomes extremely simple and precise. As a result, the user gains not only the convenience of control, but also full repeatability and control over the quality of the weld.
