RPW-2K 2-Channel Radio Gorke

RPW-2K Stationary radio equipment transmitting alarm or control signals from distant objects, the set consists of an OPC-KO2 receiver and a NRP-102W transmitter

NRP-102W is a stationary transmitter used to send alarm or control signals over long distances.

The transmitter is powered by voltage in the range of 10-15V. It has two entrances. Changing at any input (K1 or K2) in the form of an opening from the mass causes the signal to be emitted. Shorting the signal to the mass does not cause the transmitter to react. Each opening on a given input sends one or two (depending on the position of the jumper “number of transmissions”) packets of signals with a duration of 2s with an interval of 1s. The duration of the entire transmission for one channel is therefore 2 or 5s. The status of the jumper allowing you to choose the number of transmissions is checked each time the power is switched on (after changing the jumper setting, the transmitter should be turned off from the power supply and switched on again). If at the time of transmitting the signal associated with the dilation from the input mass, e.g. K1 will also change the input state of K2, the “opening” emission of the K2 input will be sent only after the previous transmission is completed. To trigger the next transmission, it is necessary to short-circuit the input to the mass and re-trigger by re-triggering. When the transmitter power is switched on, the inputs are checked and if any of the inputs is open - this will send a signal.

OPC-K02 is a 2-channel receiver with increased sensitivity, with a heterodyne H2 receiving module - which in practice gives doubling the radio range. The ranges of the set are up to 1000 m in open ground. Industrial housing (IP65) allows you to install the receiver outside, in places most convenient for receiving transmission. Quarter-wave antenna adapted to the receiver parameters, guarantees optimal reception of signals.

Working ranges

The ranges given are for open space (without obstacles, when the receiver and remote control “see” each other). If there are obstacles between the receiver and the transmitter, it is necessary to provide for a reduction in the working range for: wood and gypsum by 5-20% * brick by 20-40% * reinforced concrete by 40 - 80%, respectively. With a large number of obstacles, we recommend configuring sets based on SH class receivers and using retransmitters. For metal obstacles, the use of radio systems is not recommended. Consider installing the WLC201 module, which allows you to bypass these types of obstacles.

Variable code

The transmission between the transmitter and receiver is based on variable code (KEELOQ from Microchip Technology Inc.), which ensures high safety of use and resistance to radio signals from other devices. Each transmitter has its own individual code. The receiver responds only to those transmissions that come from transmitters programmed into its memory.
