Manganese steel has a very high abrasion resistance. Buying at this auction, the customer receives a manganese butterfly drill instead of a standard structural steel one.

The drilling rig from Drillpartner is distinguished by its high performance and ease of use. A number of improvements have been applied, such as double pole fixing or an extended connector. The materials used in the production allow to maintain stability and speed of drilling. This drilling rig is characterized by a special system for extracting the spiral with the excavated material using a rope. In this way, high drilling speeds can be obtained and this makes digging wells much more efficient. The auger with the excavated material is pulled to the surface and moved along the rods.

The kit includes the RAEX Drill instead of the basic one

As the only manufacturer, we offer drill bits made of RAEX steel with laser-cut teeth. These drill bits are unrivaled when drilling in clay and harder ground.

Polished poles

We grind the pole connectors on each side. This minimizes the risk of wedging the extensions and makes the poles connect easily. In addition, the connectors we use are 15 cm long and 3 mm thick. As a consequence, our rods are heavier than competitive ones, but they allow drilling to greater depths

Sharpened spirals

The first disc is always sharpened. This solution facilitates drilling in harder ground and increases drilling progress.

Knobs

Our knobs are made of fi30 tubes and not square profiles as in competitive products. This significantly increases the convenience of use.

Laser cut elements

We use laser-cut elements in our drilling rigs and slurry rigs. This guarantees high accuracy.
