The IKEA ANTILOP chair footrest is not only a practical addition – it is an element that really affects the comfort of sitting and the correct posture of the child during meals and learning independence.

In the IKEA ANTILOP chair, the legs are spaced at an angle. Most of the available footrests are mounted directly between them, so that the footrest itself is also at an angle to the seat.

Our footrest is designed differently. Once installed, it remains parallel to the floor and seat, providing your child with natural and ergonomic support.

Secure installation without screws or tools

Unlike many other solutions, we do not use bolts, nuts or small mounting elements that may loosen during use.

Assembly is done by:

1. Slip the adapters onto the front legs of the IKEA ANTILOP chair. Each adapter has a clear L (left) and P (right) marking on the bottom, so there is no possibility of confusion during installation.
2. Put the footrest through the mounted adapters.
3. Set the whole set at the right height, tailored to the child's height.
4. Tighten the clamping nuts, which will stably immobilize the adapters on the legs of the chair.
