Constant air exchange helps to reduce puffiness, excess moisture, condensation of water vapor and the risk of mold on the walls. The Vortice VORT HRW 40 MONO EVO is designed to be mounted through an exterior wall. This means that for its operation, an extensive network of ventilation ducts is not needed throughout the building. This solution is particularly convenient when renovating, modernizing or improving ventilation in the finished room. The wall recuperator can be installed where fresh air is needed, but it is not possible to perform a classic supply and exhaust system.

The device fits well into the needs of modern, airtight buildings. Thanks to the heat recovery work, it allows you to ventilate the room without having to open the windows frequently. This is especially important in winter, when traditional weathering leads to cooling of the interior, as well as in places exposed to external noise, dust or variable air quality.

Ceramic heat exchanger

Vortice VORT HRW 40 MONO EVO is equipped with a ceramic heat exchanger with hexagonal cells. The exchanger stores energy from the air removed from the room and then transfers it to fresh air supplied from the outside. The maximum efficiency of heat recovery is up to 90%, which allows you to reduce energy loss and improve thermal comfort in the room.

The recuperator works in an alternating cycle. In one phase, it removes air from the interior, heating the ceramic exchanger, and in the next phase it supplies fresh air that receives the accumulated heat. This means that the Vortice VORT HRW 40 MONO EVO can provide effective air exchange with less cooling of the room than with standard airing.

Five speeds of operation

The Vortice VORT HRW 40 MONO EVO recuperator offers five fan speeds, allowing you to adjust the ventilation intensity to your current needs. The lowest night mode provides a flow rate of 15 m³/h and very quiet operation, while the Boost mode reaches 40 m³/h. Thanks to this, the device can work gently at night, as standard during the day or more intensively when there are more people in the room or faster air exchange is needed.

The device supports three basic operating modes: continuous ventilation with heat recovery, air extraction itself and air supply itself. Heat recovery mode is the basic mode of everyday work, because it allows you to maintain a balance between air exchange and reducing energy loss. The extraction mode will work when you need to remove air from the room, while the air supply mode allows you to introduce fresh air from the outside.

Control from the device

Vortice VORT HRW 40 MONO EVO has a control located on the device. The user can turn the recuperator on and off, select the operating mode and adjust the fan speed. It is a simple and convenient solution for rooms where extensive remote control or Wi-Fi communication is not required.

The device can work with additional remote sensors, such as the C-TEMP temperature sensor and the C-HCS humidity sensor. Thanks to this, the basic version of Vortice VORT HRW 40 MONO EVO can be extended with automatic work management depending on the conditions in the room. This is a practical option for users who want to start with a simple system, but leave the possibility of later extension of the function.

EC motor and low power consumption

The Vortice VORT HRW 40 MONO EVO uses a high-efficiency EC motor that ensures stable operation and very low power consumption. The maximum power consumption is 5 W, so the device can work regularly without much impact on operating costs. The EC motor also allows you to operate at several speeds, allowing you to adjust the performance to the current conditions.

The sound pressure level from a distance of 3 m ranges from 19 dB(A) in night mode to 31,8 dB(A) in Boost mode. Thanks to this, the Vortice VORT HRW 40 MONO EVO works well in rooms where acoustic comfort is important. At lower speeds, the recuperator can work very discreetly, which is important in bedrooms, living rooms, offices and work rooms.

Filtration and durable construction

The Vortice VORT HRW 40 MONO EVO recuperator is equipped with two filters: an ISOCoarse 65% filter and a dust-retaining pre-filter. The filters are easily removable and washable, making it easy to keep your device running smoothly. Regular inspection and cleaning of filters helps maintain proper air flow, filtration efficiency and stable operation of the recuperator.

The housing is made of impact and UV resistant plastic resin. The device has a mechanical system for quick closing of air flow, an external rubber grille and an insect net mounted in the channel from the room side. The nominal diameter is 160 mm, and the mounting diameter is 146 mm, which allows you to conveniently plan the installation in the external wall.
