Product description: A versatile and easy-to-use kit for quick repair of damaged PVC equipment. It allows you to permanently patch holes and tears in a simple way, without the use of specialized tools.

Contents of the set:

• DR. BOAT glue (tube): Super strong, waterproof adhesive. After drying, it behaves like a liquid PVC material – it creates a flexible weld that does not crack and does not crumble when bent.
• Large PVC patch (100x15 cm): Durable material from which smaller fragments can be cut with scissors, ideally suited to the size of the tear.
• Brush: Allows easy, even and clean distribution of glue.

Purpose: Garden pools, inflatables, tourist mattresses, tarpaulins, tents, wellies, waders.

Gluing methods (instructions):

Before repairing (except for the underwater method), always clean and degrease the surface. Cut the patch, always rounding its corners to prevent peeling off. Adhesive can be used in three ways:

• 1. Cold (quick and easy):

  Smear a thin layer of glue on the damage and patch.

  Wait about 10 minutes for the glue to pre-dry.

  Press the patch firmly. Leave for 24 hours to cure.

• 2. Hot (strongest, professional bonding):

  Smear the patch and damaged area with glue.

  Wait 10-15 minutes for the adhesive to completely tarnish and stop sticking to your fingers.

  Strongly heat both surfaces with a hair dryer (thermal activation of the glue).

  Quickly apply the patch to the tear and press very hard (preferably roll over with a hard object). Leave for 24 hours.

• 3. Under water (e.g. without draining the pool water):

  Apply a thicker layer of glue to the cut patch.

  Dip the patch, apply directly to the damage under water and press firmly.

  Smooth from the inside out, removing water and air bubbles. The adhesive will cure in an aqueous environment. Leave for 24 hours.
