HOW TO USE?

1. Put your thumb through the hole on your thumb.
2. Wrap the strap around your wrist and fasten the velcro.
3. Hold the power button for about 2 seconds.
4. Select the P1–P4 massage program.
5. Set the compression force L1–L4.
6. Select the heating level H1–H3.
7. After about 15 minutes, the device will end the session automatically.
