What is Epoxy Resin?

Epoxy resin is an artificial polymer (chemical material) that is formed by the reaction of epoxy resin from the so-called. hardener. Thanks to this process, the resin changes from liquid to hard, durable and resistant to various factors mass.

The most important features of epoxy resin:

• is very hard and durable after curing,
• resistant to water, chemicals, moisture and temperature,
• it can be dyed, mixed with glitter, pigments, additives,
• gives a smooth, often transparent or glassy surface,

What to look for?

Uncured epoxy resin (i.e. liquid, before drying) is NOT completely safe for the skin. May cause irritation, allergies or allergic reactions (e.g. redness, itching, rash), so it is important that children:

• They worked under adult supervision.
• During the game they used protective gloves.
• They worked in a well-ventilated room.
• Age adjustment - Sets are recommended for children over 6 years of age, because they require precision and basic manual skills.

Purpose: children over 6 years of age (under adult supervision)

1. Use a scoop and mix epoxy resin A and B in a 1:1 ratio.
2. Stir the epoxy resin for about 5 minutes, or until the bubbles disappear.
3. Wait about 3 minutes for the misty liquid to become perfectly clear.
4. Add glitter to resin and stir slowly.
5. Pour the prepared epoxy resin with glitter into the mold.
6. Leave for about 24 hours for the key chain to harden.
7. Hardened key chain fill with decorations and cover with a transparent overlay
