1 Pour chips - Apply a small amount of the selected aroma to the smoker chamber. Each wood gives a different character – from delicate to intensely smoky.

2 Light the burner - Direct the flame to the chips for a few seconds. Natural wood will begin to glow and release aromatic smoke.

3 Close the dome - Apply a wooden cap and let the smoke fill the inside of the glass. The aroma penetrates into the alcohol and gives it depth.
