• ✅Frozen feeds are sent from Monday to Wednesday up to and including 12:00. Orders placed by 12:00 we try to ship instantly on the same day. After 12:00, shipping takes place on the next business day. Naturally, in the period before Christmas and occasional, there are exceptions
• ✅Shipping is organized in this way for maximum security of the package. We avoid the possibility of blocking the package for the weekend at the courier in stock
• ✅When ordering, please suggest our description and declarations, because the algorithm may be misleading and show inny delivery time
• ✅Shippings are carried out throughout the calendar year, including the summer period
• ✅We recommend choosing delivery to parcel lockers

✅The food is packed in individual cubes of 250 grams. There are 40 cubes in the package. Total 10 kilograms of food for your pet

✅Individual cubes are packed in a collective carton. Then in a protective bag, styrofoam thermal insulation and main carton, the food comes to you frozen

✅Depending on the shipping period, we use additional insulation in the form of thermal insulation film

☑ Temperature❔

• ✅ In spring, autumn and winter, food can easily travel from 1 to 3 working days without thawing
• ✅In summer, frostbite may sometimes occur mainly on the sides of the package in case of courier delays

☑ Procedure❔

✅If your package is delivered for more than 1 working day as a result of courier delays during the summer, frostbite of the feed may occur, then you should follow the instructions below, because the food is fresh and produced on an ongoing basis:

⚪ Option 1 Small quantity: Keep cubes thawed to give to pets

⚪ Option 2 Average quantity: Defrosted food can be kept in the refrigerator before 2-4 days and given to pets

⚪ Option 3 More quantity: For larger quantities, you can cook the food, then freeze and feed the food after cooking according to demand without fear

Do not throw away food in case of partial thawing, food is fresh and constantly produced

• 1. Is this food suitable for all breeds of dogs?

✅ Yes, our food will work for dogs of all breeds – both small and large. It is only important to adjust the portion to the weight and needs of the dog.

• 2. Is the food suitable for cats too?

✅ Yes! The product is suitable for both dogs and cats - it contains only meat, boneless, grain-free, and artificial additives.

• 3. Does the product need to be stored in the refrigerator?

✅Yes. The food is natural and contains no preservatives – store it in the freezer. After thawing, store in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours.

• 4. What is the transition to new karma?

✅ We recommend gradually introducing new food for 7 days to avoid digestive problems (details in the graphic “New diet”).

• 6. Is the food ready to be served?

✅ Yes. Just defrost it – it does not require cooking or additional processing. Can be served raw.

• 7. Does the product contain bones?

Yes. And it may contain baptism.

We do not recommend choosing DHL because:

• delivery time is sometimes the longest option available,
• the carrier does not always deliver the shipment on time,
