The sensor uses ultrasonic radar for non-contact liquid level test (no need to submerge the probe). It performs cyclical measurements and sends the result to the SANIX cloud. A Wi-Fi network with shared Internet must be provided at the installation site. The recorded data is converted to the filling level and presented using a responsive website accessible from any device or mobile application (Android) installed directly on your smartphone.

Functionality of the application

Access your app from anywhere using the internet. All types of devices are supported.

Presentation of current data (combination from the last measurement):

• Wi-Fi network (named SSID),
• Sensor Status (Correct, Interference Detected! ).

Presentation of historical data:

History includes the scope of:

• last 31 days (last measurement of the day),
• last 3 months (last measurement of the day),
• last 120 hours (each measurement).

Automatically notify alarms via Email/SMS.

• When an alarm event is detected, the system will send an email/SMS notification.
• The alarm state disappears and the notification flag is deleted.
• It is possible to turn off notifications at night.

Types of alarms:

Alarms with a level threshold exceeded:

• “Information!
• “Warning! ” – Crossed Threshold II
• “Alarm! ” – Crossed Threshold III
• “Alarm! (Unconfirmed)” – alarm may be false (disruption detected)

Alarms about the condition of the device:

• “No measurement on the server! ” – no measurement above tolerance (12/24/48h)
• “There is still no measurement on the server! ” – no measurement above 96h

How to install the device

The control panel of the device must be installed outside the tank in an airtight box in order to protect it from weather conditions. The measuring radar should be recessed into the tank and hang over the liquid mirror on an equal or slightly above the level of the tank ceiling. Maintaining this principle is necessary in order to eliminate measurement errors of the lateral reflection of the ultrasonic wave emitted by the sensor from the walls of the fireplace. It is recommended to protect the radar cable with a protective peszle. Installation instructions for the radar are described in detail in the attached instruction manual.
