• N.C.S. – Nordic Click System is a system of quick release of the strap from the handle of the stick. It allows quick assembly/disassembly of straps/gloves and easy change of them.

• ULTRA LIGHT – very light poles for the most demanding users; made of the highest quality carbon fiber.

• Carbide – spectral carbide / special alloy of metal, semi-metal and carbon atom from which the tips of sticks are made – spectral. This material is definitely more resistant to abrasion than steel.

• CARBON – the highest quality carbon fiber thanks to which the poles are light and rigid. Gabel uses up to 7 layers of carbon fiber per stick.

• REFLEX – stay visible and safe with additional reflective elements.

✅ Selection of size:

• To clarify the size, multiply your height by 0,68, e.g. a person with a height of 180 cm will choose sticks with a length of 120 cm (180 x 0,68 = 122 cm, so we round to the nearest value, i.e. 120 cm). Similarly, a person with a height of 170 cm will choose sticks with a length of 115 cm, etc.

• The general rule is that by holding the stick in an upright position, our arm forms a right angle with the forearm.

• If we fluctuate between two sizes, we recommend choosing a lower size for less experienced people, while choosing a higher size is recommended for people with more experience and runners
