Marches with our sticks will allow to relieve knee and ankle joints, as well as protect the hip joints and spine (parts of the body most vulnerable to injuries during intense walking).

• Thanks to the modular design, the poles can be adapted to the height of the user very quickly. To correctly choose the length of the pole, we multiply our height by the number 0,7. For example, if we are 178cm tall, we perform a calculation of 178 * 0.7 = 124.6cm. The appropriate length of the pole for us is therefore after rounding 125cm.
