Principle of operation – how does a wall recuperator with a ceramic exchanger work?

The device works fully autonomously – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, without the need for user intervention. The ventilation process takes place in two alternating cycles, each lasting 70 seconds.

Stage 1 – air extraction from the room

The fan starts working by removing used, warm air from the interior of the building.

This air passes through the heat exchanger – a special ceramic cartridge with a mesh structure, which stores thermal energy.

Stage 2 – fresh air supply from outside

After 70 seconds, the direction of air flow automatically changes.

The fan sucks fresh air from the outside, which, passing through a previously heated ceramic exchanger, receives heat from it.

Thanks to this, the room receives air already heated – without energy loss!
