ChlorTix OXY is a preparation for chlorine-free disinfection of pool water based on active oxygen. It effectively eliminates microorganisms responsible for deteriorating water quality, ensuring its hygienic cleanliness. The product has a proven bactericidal effect and is intended for disinfection of water in swimming pools.

Studies have confirmed the effectiveness of the preparation against the following bacteria:

• Escherichia coli
• Pseudomonas aeruginosa
• Staphylococcus aureus
• Enterococcus hirae
• Legionella pneumophila

Disinfection of water in backyard swimming pools without automatic dosing system

1. Fill the pool with water of the quality corresponding to drinking water.
2. Adjust the pH to 7,2 – 7,6 .
3. With a working circulating pump, ensuring continuous mixing of water, apply 70 g of ChlorTix OXY for every 1 m³ of water .
4. The preparation is best dosed in the evening, pouring it directly into the water along the edge of the pool or after previous dissolution in a plastic container.
5. The full bactericidal effect is obtained after 24 hours from the application of the preparation.
6. During the use of the pool, the level of active oxygen should be regularly checked. The pool can be used when its concentration is 8 to 15 mg/l .
7. The disinfection procedure should be repeated every 3 to 6 days , depending on the intensity of use of the pool and operating conditions.
