Shredder for branches, vegetables, compost ,forage harvester, chipper with belt conveyor and top slot MAK-22P-25 is a multifunctional machine designed for shredding compost, branches, vegetables, fruits, stems, grasses, leaves, etc.

Upper slot allows you to shred various types of soft and hard vegetables, fruits, cones, etc. which can be poured from above. An important application of the upper slot is the possibility of fragmentation of not yet fully processed compost.

Obtained fragmented parts, e.g. vegetables are great as animal feed or silage.

The variety of materials is very large. In this model of shredder, we have the ability to feed materials in two ways. Through classic feeding on pull rollers or by pouring into the upper slot.

It can act as a classic forage harvester , incisor and be used for mulching nettle, vegetables, fruits, straw, hay, corn, sunflowers, straw, etc. Shredded both long materials e.g. stems of sunflowers or corn, as well as a completely different kind, e.g. tangled thin stems of the clematis or waste mixed from the garden or house.

The device gives the possibility of shredding both dry and damp materials.

A distinctive feature of the MAK-22P-25 is the high-performance automatic belt conveyor. Specially designed serrated belt supports the feeding of material to the shredding mechanism.

The top slot for shredding vegetables and fruits distinguishes this model from other shredders in our offer.

It is constructed of 0,7mm powder coated steel sheet. It is equipped with a rubber protection-apron protecting against bouncing chips.

The cutting mechanism is supported by two steel shafts that take the material automatically.

The upper roller is movable, rises to a maximum height of about 40mm, adapting to the thickness of the material.

Ejection guide makes it easier to direct the stream of ejected wood chips.

Shredder has an additional 10 pieces of ejection blades

Two gear settings - fast, slow and clear allow you to get a different fraction, shredded material.

The shredder has the ability to set the upper slot in three positions

The shredder can be used without a mounted top slot.

Connecting the shredder to the home electrical system may require consultation with an electrician (C16 fuse recommended by the manufacturer).

NOTE:

NEVER turn on the machine if you have not received, read and understood the machine manual. The person operating the machine must have adequate knowledge of its functioning and operation and carefully read the instructions. Operators must be at least 18 years old

NEVER place any body parts near the dangerous zone of the machine

NEVER put objects into the machine that can interfere with the proper operation of the machine

NEVER strip, repair machines if there is a power supply connected. All parts such as V-belts, gears, blades, rollers must be at rest

Never use an electric shredder in the rain.

NEVER leave the shredder unattended while the engine is running

NEVER approach the shredder ejection with the machine on

NEVER open the machine flap during operation

NEVER insert any part of your body into a feeding hole or ejection hole. During operation, you may be potentially exposed to bodily injury as a result of moving, rotating machine components.

ALWAYS use gloves, glasses, helmet

ALWAYS check that all screws are tightened and secured and the blades are in good condition

The material introduced into the machine must be free of nails, screws, tapes, glass, etc.

Electro-waste must not be thrown into the same containers as municipal waste or containers for plastics and metals.
