What is this foam? The designation T30 means a density of 30 kg/m³. It is the absolute king of furniture renovation and the most popular choice on the market. It combines optimal hardness with a reasonable price.

• Everyday utility furniture: Ideal for replacing worn-out sponge in chairs, stools, office chairs or corners.

How to order and calculate the number of pieces needed? (CALCULATOR)

The price at the auction applies to 1 unit of account corresponding to the volume of 0,01 m³ (cubic meter) foam.

To find out how many pieces you need to add to your cart, follow these 3 simple steps:

• Step 1: Replace the dimensions of your foam from centimeters to meters (e.g. 60 cm = 0,6 m; 5 cm = 0,05 m; 10 cm = 0,1 m).
• Step 2: Multiply all three dimensions by yourself: Length × Width × Thickness. You will get volume in m³.
• Step 3: Multiply the result by 100. If a number with a comma comes out – round it always up to the full number. This is the number of pieces that must be purchased.

📌 Example I (Simple Account):

You want to order foam with dimensions: 60 cm x 50 cm and thickness 10 cm.

1. Conversion to meters: 0,6 × 0,5 × 0,1
2. Multiplication of dimensions: 0,03 m³
3. Enumeration of pieces: 0,03 × 100 = 3 👉 In the "Buy Now" window you enter: 3 pcs.

📌 Example II (Rounded up):

You want to order foam with dimensions: 120 cm x 120 cm and thickness 5 cm.

1. Conversion to meters: 1,2 × 1,2 × 0,05
2. Multiplication of dimensions: 0,072 m³
3. Calculation of pieces: 0,072 × 100 = 7,2
4. Rounding up: the result of 7,2 is rounded to the full eight. 👉 In the "Buy Now" pane you enter: 8 pcs.

Technical and logistic information

• Thickness of foam: We cut only full centimeters (e.g. 2 cm, 5 cm, 10 cm – no possibility of cutting thickness "with halves", e.g. 4,5 cm).
• Production capacity (Thickness): In one element (whole) we cut foams with a thickness of 1 cm to 15 cm. Orders for thicker formats will be professionally glued together from two layers, which in no way adversely affects the performance of the foam.
• Large format dimensions: Foams exceeding the standard format of a single sheet (200 cm x 120 cm) will be combined by professional furniture gluing.
• We only cut rectangles and squares.

Example: Order foam T25 – 5 pieces. The customer gives dimensions of 120 × 200 × 5 cm and asks to cut 5 elements in these sizes.

This order is incorrect and cannot be processed. In this case, the order receives the status "No shipping", and the customer should contact as soon as possible to clarify the details.

Please note that:

• We do not make cuts in non-standard shapes, such as triangles, trapezoids or circles.
• We do not accept orders for half thicknesses (e.g. 1,5 cm; 2,5 cm). Only full thicknesses are available: 1 cm, 2 cm, 3 cm, etc.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION AFTER RECEIVING THE PACKAGE

For the sake of optimization of delivery costs and transport safety, the foam is packed mechanically (rolled/compressed).

The foam should be unpacked immediately after receiving the shipment. Before proceeding with assembly, upholstery or use, wait minimum 24 hours so that the foam can naturally expand, regain its original dimensions, proper hardness and optimal flexibility. Freshly after unpacking, small, transient creases resulting from compression are allowed, which disappear spontaneously.
