A very big advantage of the HIGHER wheelbarrow is the fully hot-dip galvanized frame and bowl construction. Thanks to the fact that the wheelbarrow is all hot-dip galvanized, it is extremely durable and resistant to corrosion. Fire zinc is the best protection of steel against corrosion. It is also very resistant to mechanical damage, scratches or weather conditions. Fire zinc gives the best protection and durability - it is definitely better than protection in the form of powder coating or painting with ordinary paint. Pumped wheels on steel rim with a permissible load capacity of 150kg

In our wheelbarrows we focus on quality, which is why we use very strong and durable pumped wheels with a car valve as standard. We use wheels type: 4.00-6. The tyre is made of a retreaded rubber compound with excellent anti-slip properties. The rubber tire ensures stability of the track and excellent maneuverability. Proper retreading ensures safe use even on muddy and muddy terrain. Thanks to the use of high quality steel pressed rim, we have obtained the largest permissible load capacity on the market of 150 kg. The wheel is fastened with a steel and galvanized very thick axle with a diameter of 10mm equipped with screws for screwing. The diameter of the wheel is 320mm, which is the standard dimension adopted for this type of wheelbarrow, the width of the wheel is 85mm (we use increased width, for greater stability and comfort of work).

Strong and durable hot-dip galvanized bowl

Another advantage of the HIGHER wheelbarrow is the virtually indestructible bowl! It is made of one piece of steel pressed on a special die, thanks to which rigidity and strength are preserved in the maximum way. The bowl has specially wrapped edges, which increases the rigidity of the bowl and protects against the possibility of injury. The bowl is protected against corrosion by hot dip galvanization, which guarantees no rust for many years. Special mounting holes are stamped in the bowl to screw into the wheelbarrow frame. Everything is properly folded, which excludes the possibility of making mistakes in assembly. The large capacity of the bowl helps to increase the efficiency of any job.

Suitable bowl embossing for optimal rigidity

The steel bowl of our wheelbarrow has two embossing along the entire bottom to strengthen the rigidity and strength of the entire structure. Thanks to this solution, the wheelbarrow is much better than those that do not have any embossing that would increase the strength of the product. Our bowl has additionally rolled up edges - this solution allows for very large strengthening of the stiffness of the bowl, protects against deformation of the edges of the bowl, as the place most exposed to damage and protects against the possibility of injury.
