With 1300 watts of power, the Klarstein Quickstick heats up to 2 liters of water with an accuracy of 0.2° C. The built-in circulation pump keeps the water temperature at a constant, preset level between 50 and 95° degrees. The perfect result of slow cooking of food packed in vacuum bags is therefore guaranteed.
The intelligent shut-off system prevents water from overflowing or burning if too little water is used. You can safely leave the kitchen while cooking.
The Quickstick slow cooker is made of stainless steel and can be operated via an LCD touchscreen display. In addition to the sous vide process (vacuum cooking), Klarstein Quickstick can also be used for normal low-temperature cooking, heating or keeping food warm.
