Compact size and versatility tiguar workout

Our handy tiguar workout mat with a compact design is ideal for group and functional training, thanks to its specification perfectly harmonizing with other equipment. Its dimensions and flexibility make it ideally suited for positioning on the steppe – attach our barbell to create a set ideal for strengthening the whole body.

The tiguar workout mat is the smallest size mat in our portfolio, at the same time its almost centimeter thickness absorbs less static exercises well, making it the most versatile training mat.

The non-slip surface of the mat makes the mat suitable for all types of exercises - from stretching, balance exercises, to strengthening.

Attention to quality and detail

Our short workout mat has two sides that differ in color, texture and embossing, but both are suitable for exercise. Laminated, welded foam with an original claw pattern on the upper side not only stands out for its design, but above all for its superior durability, and thanks to the PVC coating, you can easily keep it clean, even if you practice on it in shoes.

First use and maintenance

Before the first use and after each workout, the mat should be wiped with a damp (not wet) cloth with water, soapy water or with a means dedicated to cleaning training mats. Rubbing the mat also positively affects its anti-slip properties.
