The ProStep X dual-function stepper is a modern lower-batch exercise equipment that will burn calories while strengthening your legs and buttocks. How does a dual-function stepper with ProStep X expanders work?

This model gives the opportunity to train in two planes: classic, i.e. up-down, and lateral – from the inside to the outside, and more specifically – left-right. Consequently, this equipment performs the functions of both a straight and torsion stepper. You can change the operating mode using the special lock.

When is the stepper and when is it simple?

In torsion mode, you will engage primarily: lateral parts of the buttocks, adductors and thigh abductors, as well as stabilizing muscles.

If you decide to use the stepper as a straight, you will strengthen the buttocks, front and back of the thighs and calves. Remember that nothing prevents you from changing modes during training. This way you will engage more muscle groups!

Built-in expanders

Thanks to built-in expanders with resistance approx. 6 kg will also do upper batch training, such as:
