1. Can the jug handle flooding with boiling water right out of the dishwasher?

➡ We recommend caution. Although the glass is heat-resistant, extreme and sudden temperature changes (thermal shock) can weaken the vessel. It is safest to allow the jug to cool slightly before pouring cold water or not to pour boiling water over the icy dish.

2. Is the infuser suitable for very fine teas?

➡ Yes. The sieve is made of stainless steel with very dense eyelets, which effectively traps most of the deposits inside the filter.

3. Can I place the jug directly on a gas or induction cooker?

➡ Definitely NOT. The jug is used only for brewing by pouring hot water. Putting it directly on the heat source threatens to break the glass.

4. Is the handle and lid dishwasher safe?

➡ Yes. Plastic elements are adapted to high temperatures in the dishwasher and do not discolor with standard use.
