The DRABEST ladder winch is a reliable and practical solution that facilitates the transport of tiles, building materials and tools to height – indispensable in the work of roofers, builders and renovation teams.

Thanks to its light aluminum construction, it is distinguished by high durability, stable operation and safety of use even under heavy loads.

MODULAR LADDER FRAMES – SMOOTH MOVEMENT AND FULL STABILITY

The ladder frames in the lift are made of light and durable aluminum, which guarantees the stability of the structure and low weight of the entire set.

Profiled rails ensure smooth movement of the trolley on the ladder, and solid connections of segments increase the safety and durability of the structure even under heavy use.

Modular construction of the frame facilitates assembly, disassembly and transport of the lift, allowing quick preparation of the device for work.

Ladder segments are connected by four steel catheters, which give the structure high stability and strength. The catheters are factory-installed – just screw them with M8x40 screws with butterfly nuts included in the kit.

HINGES CONNECTING SEGMENTS

Hinges connecting individual ladder segments provide a stable and durable connection of the structure, while maintaining appropriate flexibility during operation.

Made of high quality steel, they guarantee safety, rigidity and reliability of the entire system.

Thanks to them, the assembly and folding of the elevator are fast, convenient and safe.

ROOFING TROLLEY

Transport trolley is a solid structural element of the ladder elevator, designed for safe and convenient transport of building materials to height.

Its design ensures stability of the load, and properly selected dimensions allow the transport of both small and larger elements.

Dimensions of transport trolley:

• Height – 80 [cm]
• Width – 77 [cm]
• Depth – 72 [cm]

Made of aluminum frame and covered with waterproof anti-slip plywood. It has removable side covers and handles to secure the transport with a belt.

TROLLEY SIDE GUARD

The cover is made of 9 mm thick plywood and secured with a protective layer, making it resistant to weather conditions. Its versatility lies in the fact that we use the cover only when we need it. Thanks to the hinges used, it is possible to completely remove the cover quickly and easily.

SAFETY DEADBOLT

The deadbolt protects the side guards against their uncontrolled opening, thanks to which the trolley is fully secured on three sides (2x sides + back of the trolley).

Each cover is secured with two deadbolts.

WINCH MOTOR

The motor is the heart of the winch, ensuring that the winch is lifted to height efficiently and safely. Thanks to the well-thought-out design and protections, working with the device is convenient and reliable.

The winch consists of three stable telescopic supports, which provide additional reinforcement and safety of the structure during operation.

The supports are attached directly to the rungs of the ladder frame, which guarantees a secure and durable embedding of the entire structure.

Thanks to them, the lift maintains full stability and rigidity, ensuring safe transport of materials to height.

Special design of guides prevents the trolley from falling out of the track – the ladder profile is placed inside the chain, which increases the safety and stability of the entire system.

Thanks to the bearing wheels, the trolley moves lightly and precisely, even under full load.
